Personal Profile
I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work within the BACP's ethical framework for good practice (view the framework here ) I have a Masters Degree in Psychodynamic Studies, Counselling and Psychotherapy from Oxford University.
As well as my private practice, for the last five years I have worked in an NHS Counselling and Psychotherapy department based in the community where I both assess clients and see people for longer term individual psychodynamic work. I also see clients in a hospital psychotherapy department for cognitive analytical therapy (CAT) and work with clients who access counselling through their company's employment assistance programmes (EAP's) using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (BSFT).
