UKCP Reg Psychotherapist - Catherine Perry - Psychotherapy Central London

Do you need to talk? Are you looking for a counsellor in Central London? Sometimes it can really help to explore difficulties with a professional therapist in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Central London. I work with both individuals and couples. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My premises are located in Harley Street W1 Central London.

If you are looking for individual counselling or couple counselling in Central London then please take your time to look through my site. Some of the issues that counselling can help include: Anxiety; Depression; Relationship Difficulties; Bereavement/Loss; Low Self-Esteem; Traumatic Events;Anger; Self Harm; Abuse; Panic Attacks; Work Issues; Stress

Both day and evening appointments are available - please contact me in confidence for further details.

In addition to my private practice, situated in Harley Street W1 Central London, I see clients in a hospital psychotherapy department for Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) and work with clients who access counselling through their company's employment assistance programmes (EAP's) using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I previously worked for five years in an NHS Counselling and Psychotherapy department based in the community.

Having experience of different therapy models, I aim to provide the therapy that can best suit your needs.

My practice is confidential and non-judgemental regardless of gender, sexual orientation, nationality, race or religion.
